La Fundación apuesta al empoderamiento de los actores culturales de nuestra sociedad, pero por sobre todo busca la participación de toda la población en las actividades artísticas como forma de integración social.
En ese sentido desarrollamos diferentes programas de capacitación y transmisión de las tradiciones culturales y en la difusión de las herramientas colectivas de gestión.
Nuestro objetivo en estos programas es apuntalar, fortalecer e incentivar la creación de plataformas de profesionalización y asociatividad de los artistas nacionales, promoviendo además la descentralización del circuito musical de nuestro país.
El desarrollo y los contenidos se basan en lo percibido en diferentes etapas del proceso donde diagnosticamos la ausencia de herramientas vinculadas a la autogestión y colectivización de los artistas.
Dentro de los resultados esperados se busca que los colectivos artísticos conozcan las herramientas para fortalecer sus proyectos mediante un proceso asociativo con sus pares en su localidad o región, en un segundo momento se espera lograr instalar un equipo de trabajo que comience a desarrollar un proyecto propio para la realización de festivales y encuentros regionales con énfasis en la identidad local y posibilitando el intercambio entre colectivos de diferentes departamentos.
Otro de los programas prioritarios que impulsamos consiste en la formación y transmisión de la rica tradición poético musical de nuestro folklore y canción criolla y latinoamericana.
Formation
The Foundation wagers on the empowerment of the cultural protagonists of our society, but above all, it seeks for the participation of the entire population in artistic activities as a form of social integration.
In that sense we developed different programs of training and transmission of the cultural traditions and the dissemination of collective management tools.
Our objective in these programs is to sustain, strengthen and encourage the creation of platforms of professionalization and associativity of the national artists, promoting the decentralization of the musical circuit of our country.
The development and the contents are based on what was perceived in different stages of the process where we diagnose the lack of tools linked to the self-management and collectivization of the artists.
Within the expected results it is sought that the artistic collectives learn about the tools to strengthen their projects through an associative process with their peers in their locality or region. In a second instance, we expect to accomplish installing a work team that starts developing a project of their own for the realization of festivals and regional gatherings with emphasis in local identity and allowing the exchange between collectives of different departments.
Another of the priority programs that we promote consists in the formation and transmission of the rich poetic musical tradition of our folklore, and our creole and latin american song.
